Water pump repair if under warranty:
All of our water pumps come with a 2 year, limited warranty from the purchase date. If you feel that your pump is under warranty you may return it to us at the address below with ATTN: REPAIR on the outside of the box. Please box the product carefully to avoid any damage in transit. Also, please include a note inside the box that includes your name, address, phone number, email address and a copy of your original sales receipt. No return authorization (RMA) is required.
If your pump is found to be under warranty we will repair your pump at no cost and cover return shipping to any address in the lower 48 states. Please call our Tech Line at 760-746-3273 if you have any questions.
Water pump and starter repairs:
We can repair any of our water pumps or starters. We do not sell repair kits for our products due to the nature of the special fixture needed to install the ceramic seal. We recommend sending the water pump to us for repair. You can ship your items to the address below with ATTN: REPAIR on the outside of the box. Please include a note inside the box that includes your name, address, phone number and email address. No return authorization (RMA) is required.
Recertification on Meziere Billet Flexplate:
To have your flexplate recertified it will need to be returned to us for inspection. There are no exceptions for this process. Certification last for 3 years from the date on your sticker. You can return the flexplate to the address below with ATTN: RECERT on the outside of the box. Please include a note inside the box that includes your name, address, phone number and email address if you have one. No return authorization is required.
Our repair technician will contact you once your item is inspected with the repair total and to get payment info.
Cost for repair will depend on the nature of the damage and the complexity of the assembly. Typical repair cost on most of our water pumps (non-pulley style) is between $130 and $230 USD not including return shipping. If your water pump has an idler pulley (example WP319, WP349) additional labor will apply at the prevailing shop rate. If your product arrives and requires significant cleaning before service can be performed, additional labor may apply. Please call our tech line for a repair estimate.
